I have worked with ICMA-RC for over nine years. I handle a variety of projects, from employee recognition and communications efforts to their annual benefits enrollment guide and materials.
ICMA-RC is a non-profit independent financial services corporation focused on providing retirement plans and related services for more than a million public sector participant accounts and about 9,000 retirement plans.
In 2013, ICMA-RC Human Resources introduced the C.A.L.M. model of conflict resolution to the organization. For the roll-out, they wanted some fun, eye-catching posters to introduce the concepts to employees.
Engaging employees effectively in any program requires excellent communications and excellent communications pieces. We created a series of fun and colorful posters, using bold and attention-getting graphics.
